In principle, yes. It makes no difference if your trousers are jeans, cargo or pleat-front trousers. Only in very rare cases it will not be possible for us to turn your trousers into a SLACKX. In that case, of course, we’ll send it back to you free of charge.

Generally, the sizing of the trousers does not change. The sewn-in Kevlar®/cotton fabric is flexible and barely builds up with the Coolmesh fabric. Only in very tight or extremely stretchy trousers they might bulge a little bit in the area of the armour pockets. In that case, it might be uncomfortable wearing them with armour.

Of course, you can wash your trousers at 30°. I’d refrain from putting them in the dryer. We recommend air-drying it. Please don’t dry it inside out since the Kevlar fabric is light sensitive. After long and strong exposure to the sun it can lose its resilience and abrasion resistance. After washing and drying the Kevlar/cotton fabric will shrink slightly. It can promptly be pulled back to its original shape though. For this we recommend turning the trousers inside out once and pulling on the Kevlar at the bottom of the trousers. This will not affect their functionality. Please make sure to remove the armour before washing.

Dann nähen wir Protektorentaschen in deine Hose ein, so dass du sie zum Waschen leicht wieder entnehmen kannst. Es sind 4 Protektoren der DIN EN-1621 Schutzklasse 2 inklusive.

In order for the SLACKX to fit perfectly, your knee armour should also be on the right spot. We recommend putting your trousers on inside out. That means the inside will be visible. Then you can draw a circle around 4-5 cm on your trousers right where your kneecaps are. That spot won’t be visible anymore later. Best practice, get on your bike in riding position for this.

Dear biker, unfortunately this is impossible. We do check the trousers beforehand and will conduct to our workmanship with the best quality possible after we receive the order. But each pair is one of a kind and non-returnable.

Unsere Kevlar®-Verstärkungen erfüllen die Abriebnorm EN17072-4 Schutzklasse A, und die optionalen Protektoren entsprechen der DIN EN-1621 Schutzklasse 2.
